Another Sneak Peek! :D

I still feel like I am floating on cloud 9 today! This has just been such a fabulous experience! Anyway, today's sneak peek is one I had hoped to show yesterday but somehow life got in the way! Don't ya just hate it when that happens! ;) So, do you want to see some other sneak peeks from the new Taylored Expressions Stamp a Sweet Impression line? You do??? Oh goodie! Hehe! :D

As most of you know, I teach 2nd grade and so I am always looking for fun, yet cheap things I can give to my students. Once I saw Taylor's images I knew EXACTLY what I wanted to do with them! I have been wanting to make bookmarks for them and what better time than Halloween??? So, that's what I did. I made 12 (I know...it's a small group) of them! The great thing is, I have them done early and now I can focus on other fun projects!

Here is a picture of all 12 of them. Pretty stinkin' cute huh? I colored them in with my SU! markers and used my punches for the base. The paper clips are just some jumbo ones that I picked up at Wal-Mart for super cheap!

I also decorated the back with the fun, yet simple sentiment of "Boo!" :D It makes me smile and I hope it makes 7 & 8 year olds smile too!

After I had created all of these fun bookmarks I then decided that I needed to put them in something. Of course my students are going to expect candy so I must give it to them! :D I created this little basket/box using the Halloween Key Ingredients Kit and then added the sentiment from the Spooky Sweets set and the ghost from the Frightful Night set. I have to admit that I do not have 12 of these made yet. It was kind of a final thought and I haven't found the time to finish them! I will let you know when I do though! :D

Before I close this post I do want to give you some more information about the Baker's Dozen Rotating Design Team along with the stamps and storage.

On top of a Senior Design Team, Taylor has also chosen a Baker's Dozen Rotating Design Team. The Rotating DT is made up of 6 extremely talented women and you will not want to miss their creations! Check them out!

I also want to mention that these stamps are unmounted, deeply etched rubber AND they are mounted on EZ Mount cling cusion. All you have to do is stick them on an acrylic block and stamp! They are so fantastic too! They stamp such clear images. Oh, I almost forgot, they are die cut! Woohoo! Doesn't that make life easy???

Now the storage is SO cool. It is such an ingenious idea! They are packaged on a laminated binder sheet for easy storage! How great is that??? There are so many possible ways to store them that way! Taylor has a few storage ideas posted on her blog today AND she will be selling some storage units at her store so make sure you check that out too!

Well, that's it for now! Thanks for sticking with me through this extremely long post! I hope that you all are as excited about these new stamps as I am! Take care and enjoy your day!

((hugs))
