Good morning ladies! Us teachers have to go back to school today so from now on you can count on me getting about half the stamping done that I did over the summer! It's a bummer, I know, but it's life! Haha! I love my job so I really can't complain! Anyway, the elementary kids don't come back for another week so hopefully I still have some time off during this last week. My room is almost completely ready. All I have left to do is finish up some curriculum stuff and get my parent information packets/open house packets ready. Oh...and I suppose I should start planning! Haha! Today will be full of meetings though so I don't plan on getting much of that finished.
Ok, so on to the card. If you haven't noticed I have been in the Stampin' Up! mood lately! For some reason I just felt bad ordering new stamps without using my old ones so I pulled them all out! This is one that I really love! I love this set because of how versatile it is. When I mounted the stamps I cut the sentiment apart from the image so that I could mix and match them if I wanted to. It also allows me to stamp the sentiment wherever I desire. I really like that aspect. So I decided to use my Get Well Wishes stamp from this set just because I think this image is gorgeous. I colored in the flowers and the vase using my blender pen and ink pads.

I go back to school today, too! I am starting my 24th year as an aide in our elementary school. I am so not ready to go back. I will miss my extra stamping time.
Beautiful card and I love it when you use SU products. Thanks!
Good luck with your first official week back! I have to start getting things ready this week as we start Sept 2. I am not looking forward to it!
Beautiful card! And how fun to have a new stamping friend :)
Beautiful job Stephanie! I love your use of those awesome colors along with the clean layout. The inside of the card is just as great as the front.
Happy back-to-school! This card is so sweet! Sorry I haven't been able to comment on every post...you sure have been busy girlie!! I think lack of sleep has caught up with me and I am stuck on the couch today. :( Hope all the meetings go well today!
