I just love this little giraffe from the Mindy's Zoo set! He reminds me so much of the giraffes that we just saw at the zoo! Hehe! I made this card for the Mothers & Daughters Challenge blog. They posted a really fun sketch for this first challenge! I colored in the giraffe with my SU! markers, cut him out, and then popped him up on dimensionals. I then paper pierced around the left two corners of the rectangle. I also tied some of this great ribbon around the chocolate/mustard piece and then added the sentiment (from the new SU! Sock Monkey set). I will be back a little later with a card that I made for today's SCS sketch challenge. And get ready because you will finally be able to actually SEE the Sock Monkey! Haha!
Recipe:
Stamps: Autumn Leaves (Mindy's Zoo), Sock Monkey
Paper: Really Rust, Bordering Blue, More Mustard, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White
Ink: Black StazOn
Accessories: Paper Piercer, Dimensionals, Ribbon, Brads, Word Window Punch
