Cupcake Challenge #24

It's time for another one of Taylor's fabulous Cupcake Challenges! I was finally able to use a cupcake image for her challenge too! :D I just love this Riley. I think I mentioned that earlier! Hehe! Anyway, I glued the ribbon down which was a big mistake because you can see where the glue is. I guess I need to get some more glue dots.
