Post-It Note & Pen Holder!

I made this post-it note holder a while back when Jen Tapler had her Stampin' Out Alzheimers challenges. I love these colors so much. They are just fantastic together! I can't remember what the dimensions on this are but I know that I used Dawn's video tutorial for it. She has great step by step instructions on how to make them! Check out her blog for the details!
